Privacy Policy — DexLadder

Last updated: 28 July 2026 · Contact: tantraamshanirmaataa@gmail.com

DexLadder ("the app", "we") is a cryptocurrency market-tracking and paper-trading education app. This policy explains, plainly, what data the app does and does not handle.

The short version

DexLadder does not require an account, does not ask for your name, email, phone, or wallet, and does not run analytics or advertising SDKs. All of your activity — your practice portfolio, watchlist, lessons, and settings — is stored only on your own device. We do not operate a server that receives your personal data.

Data stored on your device

The following is saved in your device's local storage and never leaves your device unless you explicitly export it: your simulated ("paper") balances and trade history, watchlist, price alerts, journal notes, academy progress and XP, app preferences (theme, currency), and a locally generated cryptographic key used to sign your completion certificate. You can erase all of it at any time from the app's data-management screen or by clearing the app's storage in Android settings.

Data sent to third parties

To show live market information, the app requests public, read-only market data from third-party providers. These requests contain only the standard information any web request includes (such as your IP address, handled by those providers under their own policies) and never include personal identifiers from you, because the app holds none. Providers may include: CoinGecko, Coinpaprika, CryptoCompare, Binance, Coinbase, alternative.me (market sentiment), GeckoTerminal (DEX data), GoPlus (token-security scans), DefiLlama (TVL data), Blockstream and public Ethereum RPC nodes (blockchain explorer), and public news RSS feeds. Requests are made only for the data you view.

Google Wallet (optional)

If you choose to add your academy certificate to Google Wallet, the certificate's details (your chosen name, completion date, and credential ID) are sent to Google to create the pass, under Google's privacy policy. This is entirely optional and only occurs when you tap "Add to Google Wallet".

Optional AI question relay

The in-app assistant answers most questions on-device. If you ask something it cannot answer locally and you are online, the text of that question may be sent to a third-party language-model service to generate a reply. Do not include personal or sensitive information in questions to the assistant.

What we do not do

We do not: collect or sell personal information, use advertising or tracking SDKs, handle real money or real cryptocurrency, provide financial advice, or access your contacts, photos, location, camera, or microphone.

Children

DexLadder is intended for users aged 13 and older and is not directed at children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy; the "last updated" date will change accordingly. Material changes will be reflected in the app's store listing.
